Launch of the Media Acceleration Training Program – CADIR - University of Bosaso, Garowe
The Centre for Applied Development, Innovation and Research (CADIR) at the University of Bosaso – Garowe, in collaboration with the Garowe Local Government, has launched a professional training program aimed at strengthening the knowledge and teaching skills of primary and lower-secondary school teachers under the Garowe Municipality.
The training focuses on improving education quality and enhancing modern teaching methodologies to support effective learning in local schools.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Garowe, Hon. Mohamed Ali Hamari, along with officials from CADIR. In his remarks, the Deputy Mayor emphasized the importance of empowering teachers with updated skills that directly improve classroom delivery and overall student performance.
This multi-day training continues with practical sessions and targeted learning activities designed to equip teachers with relevant, innovative, and student-centered teaching approaches.
